# How can I organise contracts with the tags?

Document tags help you to organise your contracts and find them easily. 

You can set tags for your templates, contracts and archived documents. You can add unlimited number of tags to your contracts.

You can manage tags with your workspace so all your contracts can be tagged in the same way by the team members.

Go to Workspace > Select workspace > Tags > Add new tag.
