# How to send a signature request for PDF document?

1. Go to Send & Sign PDF, click "Upload PDF" and select the document you want to get signed. 

2. Set sender company name and select the number of signers.

3. Set sender signer details, and optionally notify others and write a message for your colleagues. 

4. Set receiver company name and select number of signers.

5. Set receiver signer details, and optionally notify others and write a message for the receivers. 
 
6. Click **"Send PDF for signing"** and continue to sign the document.
