# Who can see my documents?

Dealsign provides advanced user permissions and team sharing features. You can configure user permissions for your templates and contracts to suit your needs, from simple teams to complex organizational structures.

You can control the access rights for your own templates and documents.

Here are the main shortcuts for you to see who has access rights and manage team sharing permissions of your documents:

* _Templates_: Go to Templates > Edit template > Team sharing & access.
* _Drafts_: Go to Drafts > Select document > Team sharing & access.
* _Contracts_: Go to Documents > Select document > Team sharing & access.
