How does the Dealsign negotiation work?

Dealsign real-time online negotiation enables teams to collaborate, edit and agree the contract clause by clause without the need of emailing documents back and forth and losing version control.

When sender sends the contract for negotiations, the other contract party is able to edit the contract. Both parties need to agree the terms the other party is proposing before the signing can start.

It is also possible to approve all proposed changes by starting the approve & signing. However, neither party is able to start signing before the other party has agreed edited changes.
