I should have got the invitation to Dealsign, but I haven't received the invitation email?

If this is the case, typically the reason is one of these:

The invitation email has ended up in the spam folder - Double-check that the email has not ended up in the spam folder.

The invitation email address is misspelled - Ask the sender to double check the exact spelling of the invitees, and resend invites for the negotiation or signing in the right side document info panel. Sender can go to Documents > Select document > Document info > Invites > Invite new receivers (+)

Anyhow, if you can not find the invitation link, you can access the document by signing up with a correct email https://app.dealsign.ai/signup
