I have sent the invitation to Dealsign, but the receiver hasn't got the email?

If this is the case, typically the reason is one of these:

The invitation email address is misspelled - Double check the exact spelling of the invitees, and resend invites for the negotiation or signing in the right side document info panel. Go to Documents > Select document > Document info > Invites > Invite new receivers (+)

The invitation email has ended up in the recipient's spam - Ask the recipient to double-check that the e-mail has not ended up in the spam.

The invitation e-mail may be stuck in the e-mail server's filter - Ask the recipient to contact their IT support to see if they can find the email.
