Receiver hasn't got the invitation email?

You have sent the invitation to Dealsign, but the receiver hasn't got the email?

If this is the case, typically the reason is one of these:

The invitation email address is misspelled - Double check the exact spelling of the invitees, and resend invites for the negotiation or signing in the right side document info panel. Go to Documents > Select document > Document info > Invites > Invite new receivers (+)

The invitation email has ended up in the recipient's spam - Ask the recipient to double-check that the email has not ended up in the spam.

Anyhow, if the receiver can not find the invitation link, the receiver can access the document by signing up with a correct email
