If you are having problems using Dealsign, check this troubleshooting first: 1. Do you have correct user access rights? Verify you have logged in with correct username (email) and you have proper user rights to access the documents. If you got email invitation to join Dealsign, make sure you use the same email in the registration. Is Dealsign working slower than usual, or are your contracts showing information that shouldn’t be there?
Browser saves information from the pages you visit. Removing this information from your browser cache will make it download the information again, this usually solves smaller issues immediately. To refresh and clear the cache CTRL + F5 / CTRL+ shift + F5 (Windows) OR command + shift + R (Mac).
