If you are having problems using Dealsign, check this troubleshooting first:

πŸ”— Links: Check your email program is not modifying the link (Microsoft SafeLinks).
πŸ” Access rights: Verify you are using the correct email and access rights.

1. Browser: Is your browser working properly?

Sometimes browsers don't synch with cloud properly, hard refresh and clear Chrome browser cache:
Windows: Ctrl+F5 / Or Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
Mac: Cmd+Shift+R / Or Hold down Shift and click the Reload button.
Make sure you have an updated browser. We recommend using Chrome.
Check your internet connectivity is working properly. Turn off your VPN if you have VPN connection on.
Close additional browser tabs and sessions to other cloud services to secure sufficient connectivity.
Log out from Dealsign, close & restart browser, open "New Incognito Window", and log in again

Microsoft has a program feature called Safe Links. When turned on, it quarantines and scans any link received to protect the user. This program modifies the access link address which can kill the connection to the client's return.
When the Dealsign invitation link is opened, if the link includes Microsoft standard URL prefix (, it means the link is rewritten by the SafeLinks.
To receive links in the correct form, check instructions how to change SafeLinks settings:
Anyhow, even if the invitation link does not open properly, the receiver can access the document by logging in to Dealsign:

3. Access rights: Do you have correct user access rights?

Verify you have logged in with correct username (email) and you have proper user rights to access the documents, workspace and groups.
If you got email invitation to join Dealsign, make sure you use the same email in the registration.
Double check your browser's autofill functionality did not signup you with another email.
If necessary, you can change your email in the My Account settings page, or sign up with a correct email
In case you have more than one Dealsign username, ensure you have signed out the browser session before login with another username.
